Amazing staff. They are funny and they goof around with us and kids. We were a group of 15 people with 6 kids and 3 of them were under 3. (1baby and two toddlers) and they made sure that the younger ones had their eyes covered for the big fire otherwise it would hurt them. The owner came by the table to see if everything was alright. The food was incredible. So good! Everyone loved it. The plates were huge and delicious.I highly recommend

Great ambiance and good food. Expect a long waiting time on busy days. Book in advance if possible if not you will test your patience.

The food was good but show that they give was bad compared to same style restaurants. Only thing they do is make fire... No volcano, No shrimp toss , No art on the the cooking plaque only fire. The worst thing is the place, I don't understand how this place is still open .I have never been to a restaurant that was this dirty in my life I was in shock at how dirty everything was.

Don’t let the outside fool you because inside is a pure gem! The food to die for and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Prepare your wallet ;)

Horrible place if you're vegetarian.Just one or two option. They were out of soup.... Incredible.They cook the stuff in front of you .. the smell is awful for a vegetarian. It stuck to your clothes. It is very loud. And they mix people from different groups so... Not a place to met your friends.

Food was good and service was nice

Wonder full place, really nice environment and fantastic service. I enjoyed my experience for the first time and I have absolutely a good vibe for the place. The Japanese chef that cook in front of you was absolutely hilarious and was really good what he served to us.

Shogun is always a nice restaurant to visit. The cooks are very funny and create a nice experience. Thanks to our cook we had an amazing show with fire and music

The person serving us was very crude and was making very inappropriate comments. Horrible attempt at trying to befriend us. We were disgusted by his comments. Very poor customer experience.

I love this place - always have. I've been visiting every now and then for over 20 years. Still an awesome experience with the funny chefs cooking on a hot plate in front of you and awesome tasting food. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I'm of the opinion that they should renovate or somehow freshen up the place.

Drove there to pick up a poke bowl salmon...got home opened the bowl to find tuna... call back made d100% sure i ordered the right item got a confirmation yes it was the kitchens fault. Asked to drive all the way back to change it. No thank you. What a waste.

Delicious food and great service.

Sushi was poor... the space is horrible, run down leaks everywhere, toilets are horrible, service was so so...There's a cooking show and good-looking many female customers that's the up side.

food was perfect. portion great. staff very entertaining. the place need a deep cleaning. I'm a little concern about food cross contamination because they don't clean the knifes and I don't recommand for a 2 persons dinner. it is made for groups!

Excellent food, great ambience. The chief was not too chatty but i guess it depends who you are dealing with. Price $$$. Great place for a group or family.

Fun place to get a ton of very tasty food and a show while they cook. How good the show is depends on which cook you get (they cook and flambée at your table directly). Drinks are cheap but not very strong.
